Sasha is an aerial acrobat, mime, dancer, performer, and musician based in County Wexford, Ireland. With over 15 years of experience, his work is rooted in a deep commitment to movement and physical storytelling—creating performances that are both emotionally evocative and physically compelling.

He has performed across Russia, Japan, North Africa and Europe, with his craft shaped by extensive training and collaboration, including with renowned companies such as Punchdrunk and DV8. His international credits include a tour with The Lost Wheels of Time and a long-standing artistic partnership with Adam Read of Serious Clowns.

Sasha has also collaborated with celebrated photographer and filmmaker Nick Knight, contributing to the exhibition A Beautiful Darkness and appearing in a global Beats by Dre campaign.

His solo works have been showcased at major festivals, including Dissemble, performed at TEDx, Babel Festival, and Platonov Performance Festival—recognized for its haunting exploration of the human psyche through movement. As choreographer for the National German Theater, Sasha’s work on Let Them Eat Money drew praise from The New York Times.

In 2024, Sasha premiered The Weight of Shadow at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. The solo show, inspired by his fiancée’s experience with psychosis, received five-star reviews for its unflinching look into a mind unraveling over 24 hours. The piece is currently being developed for an international tour.

He also created Public Nightmares to Private Dreams, which premiered in Berlin in 2019, exploring the blurred edges between dream and reality.

Beyond performance, Sasha composes original music and soundscapes for his work, occasionally creating full-length scores, such as for 'The Weight of Shadow'. His screen presence includes the short film The Dark Side of the Mind (Virgin Media), international advertising projects, and an appearance in Season 3 of Black Mirror.

Sasha is currently an Associate Artist with Flabbergast Theatre, and continues to develop work that bridges mime, acrobatics, theatre, and music—pushing the boundaries of physical storytelling.
